Structure:

Constructed from aeronautical duralumin T6‑6061 and T6‑6082, 100% mechanically assembled. Installation and assembly require no cutting or open flame; all components are inserted and bolted. Assembly time is 1,000 m² in 3 days, and there is no need for foundations or concrete slabs – the structure is designed to be installed on natural, levelled and compacted ground.

Covering:

Panels made of high‑strength PVC membranes: 850 g/m² for roofs and 650 g/m² with 14% translucency for side walls. All panels are manufactured and joined using high‑frequency welding, guaranteeing 100% waterproofing. Our covers comply with DIN 4102 B1 – M2 class self‑extinguishing, and include UV protection with a warranty of up to 10 years of solar exposure under continuous maintenance.

The coverings are installed in sections of 3 m and 5 m widths, with lengths depending on the required span. Panel installation is carried out using pre‑designed KEDER rails on beams and pillars, allowing easy sliding, watertight sealing, and the complete absence of ties or similar fastenings. Mechanical tensioning is activated by means of a thrust screw installed at each beam shoulder.
