Padel Court Tent Material Specifications

Dimensions:

• Available Width: 3-40 m clear span, with no intermediate columns, allowing one or several courts to be covered under a single module
• Length: Unlimited (modular, adaptable to any number of courts in a row)
• Column-to-Eave Height: 3 to 9 m, with the option of a higher central clearance to meet the overhead space required for padel play, including high lobs
• Roof Slope: 18° standard, or a custom slope on request

Structure: Built from T6-6061 and T6-6082 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, 100% bolted assembly. No cutting or open flame is required for assembly; all components are pressed and bolt-together. Installation time is approximately 1,000 m² in 3 days, and no foundations or concrete slabs are required: the padel court tent structure is designed to be installed directly over the existing sports court surface, without damaging the pavement or the court’s perimeter fencing.

Cover: Panels are made from high-strength PVC membrane: 850 g/m² for the roof and 650 g/m² with 14% translucency for the side walls, allowing excellent use of natural daylight. All panels are manufactured and joined using high-frequency welding, guaranteeing 100% waterproofing. Our covers comply with DIN 4102 B1 — Class M2 self-extinguishing standard, and include UV protection with a warranty of up to 10 years of sun exposure under continuous maintenance.

Cover panels are installed in 3 m and 5 m wide sections, with lengths depending on the required span. Panels are fitted using pre-designed KEDER rails built into the beams and columns, allowing easy sliding installation, a watertight seal, and no need for ties or similar fasteners. Mechanical tensioning is applied via a push-screw system installed at each beam shoulder.
