Material Specifications of the Basketball tents

Dimensions:

• Available Width: 3–60 m clear span, with no intermediate pillars (ideal for regulation courts of 15 m wide and 28 m long, plus additional safety zones)

• Length: Unlimited (modular, adaptable to any length, allowing for stands and complementary areas)

• Eave Height: 2.6 to 12 m (sufficient clearance for shots and aerial plays)

• Roof Pitch: Standard 18° or custom special pitch

Structure:

• Constructed from aeronautical duralumin T6‑6061 and T6‑6082, 100% mechanical.

• Assembly and erection require no cutting or open flame; all components are embossed and bolted.

• Assembly time is 1000 m² in 3 days, and no investment in foundations or slabs is required for installation: the structure is designed to be erected on natural, levelled, and compacted ground.

Covering:

• Fabric panels made of high‑resistance PVC membranes: 850 g/m² for roofs and 650 g/m² with 14% translucency for side walls, allowing natural daylight to reduce energy costs.

• All panels are manufactured and joined by high‑frequency welding, guaranteeing 100% waterproofness.

• Our covers comply with DIN 4102 B1 — Class M2 self‑extinguishing, and include UV protection with a warranty of up to 10 years of sun exposure under continuous maintenance.

• The covers are installed in sections of 3 m and 5 m widths, with lengths depending on the required span.

• The panels are installed using pre‑designed KEDER rails on beams and pillars, allowing easy sliding, tight sealing, and the complete absence of ties or similar fastenings.

• Mechanical tensioning, activated by thrust screws installed at each beam shoulder.
