Structure :​ Constructed from aircraft-grade T6-6061 and T6-6082 aluminum alloy, featuring 100% modular bolt-together assembly. No cutting or open-flame work is required for installation. All components are stamped and bolt-connected. Assembly time is approximately 3 days for 1000 m². No investment in foundations or concrete slabs is needed; the structure is designed to be installed on naturally leveled and compacted ground.

Cladding :​ Industrial-grade 100% waterproof membrane, featuring UV protection and certified self-extinguishing properties.

Structural Certification :​ All our structures come with structural calculation certificates and validation.

Aluminum T6-6061 and T6-6082 :

The 6061 and 6082 aluminum alloys are medium-strength alloys belonging to the magnesium-silicon aluminum family. The 6061 and 6082 alloys offer excellent corrosion resistance and possess the highest strength within the 6000 series. The 6061 and 6082 alloy is known as a structural alloy. In sheet form, the 6061 and 6082 aluminum alloy is the most commonly used alloy for machining.

Cladding Details:

Panels are made from high-strength, blackout PVC membrane weighing 850 g/m² for roofs and 650 g/m² with 14% translucency for sidewalls.

All panels are manufactured and joined using high-frequency welding, guaranteeing 100% waterproofing. Our covers comply with the DIN 4102 B1 Class M2 self-extinguishing standard and include UV protection with a guarantee of up to 10 years of sun exposure, subject to continuous maintenance.

The cladding is installed in sections 3m or 5m wide, with lengths depending on the required span.

Panel installation is achieved via pre-designed KEDER rails on beams and columns, allowing for easy sliding, a watertight seal, and the complete absence of nails or similar fasteners.

Mechanical tensioning is activated by push-screw mechanisms installed at each beam shoulder.
